There is this guy I like and he knows I like him. He says maybe next year and he likes another girl. I really like him. Should I wait or move on or how long should I wait? Please help me. I need nice and kind advice.

I personally wouldn't wait. If he says he likes you but want to wait until next year that means he likes the other girl a whole lot more. If they hok up and it works out between them then you will just be left sitting behind and waiting. Also think of all the opportunities you could miss if you wait behind for someone that might not ever be available to you. If he likes you that much then he wouldn't ask you to wait until later. Guys go after the girl they really want. I have never told a girl I liked her but lets wait until next year and I "might" go out with you then. I am sorry but move on and find a guy that relly does care aboout you and will treasure you. If you don't get the respect up front then you will never have it from that person. You should move on, if he really liked u something would have happened between you and him. He cant expect u to wait 4 him for a year. He is not worth it because honsetly if he wanted you he would have told u and would be with you. Move on maybe then he will notice that u've moved on would realize that he missed out. So move on there are plenty of other guys out there!!! Have fun!

You should not wait. This guy says he is interested in someone else and you should move on. there are alot of other guys and though they are not him you may find that there is one that u will like better, one that understands u better and likes u for who u are, but if not and it you can't move on and he is not involved with this other girl then u and him should go for it

I would definetly move on if he's already said "maybe next year". He is clearly not interested, especially if you know he likes someone else. This is just a jumping off point to meet someone who you might click with better.

i would say if he really wanted you he would go for it. so you can have a little fun in the mean time if you still want him next year. if you wait around you might just be a re-bound if the next girl says no or you might never get with him if the girl says yes. so see what happens and have fun in the mean time
