St. John's Wort. It's an over the counter, natural anti-depressant.

Look it up on the internet. It's widely known. The #1 medication. It's made by several different companies. Safe, with little or no side affects.

FIRST, alcohol is a DEPRESSANT!!!

Second, Isotinol is a diet aid.

Herbal "mood boosters" include St. John's Wort, Valerian and Kava Kava. You can get all of these in health-food stores, grocery stores and pharmacies here in the US.

Just be sure to get the "standardized" types of these holistic remedies. And don't worry about addiction. These herbs are not strong enough to trigger that.

There is a diet aid called Relacore. They have a website so you can read more. It is a mood enhancement that calms you down. I really does work, well it did for me. It takes about 2-3 weeks of using it to get the effect going. It isn't a HUGE drastic mood change, just a nice, subtle one.

Exercise is the best natural mood enhancer. Over the counter medications can be dangerous. Just because they are available does not mean they are safe. If you need help with regulating your mood, please see a health care provider. In 1990, people were buying an over the counter treatment to relax called l-tryptophan. Some died and many got sick. http://www.ingrown-hairs.info/ Do not underestimate the danger of over the counter remedies.

There's also a drop called Rescue Remedy. It's a bunch of different plants and it's supposed to calm you down if you are feeling anxious. I don't get really anxious so I haven't tried it, but I give it to my cats and it seems to help them a lot.

exercise only, those pills will make you dependent. even if you are takaing them you will still get bad moods if you forgot or stop taking them love. just do some exercise, eat foods rich in omega3, drink aloe vera as your general health drink, laugh and smile at every thing which you did silly.

good bye
