How old is like the world's oldest wine? How much would it be worth?

Certain wines which have the right balance of tannin, alcohol, acidity and fruit, will be able to age for an extraordinary period of time before the inevitable process of oxidation turns it to vinegar. In the case of sweet wines like Sauternes or Tokaji, it's the balance of sugar and acidity which allow them to age. The upper limit of age of a wine is probably going to be limited by the technology of bottle closure. The development of cork as a means of sealing a glass bottle is actually relatively recent, ie sometime in the 1800's.

occasionally storage containers thousands of years old come to light with wine remnants in them. otherwise, it's still not unheard of to see wine in auctions 150+ years old. drinkable, idk. collectible, you decide.
