Yes!!! If you want to avoid consequences of dating sooo young don't start. Focus on other things have fun with your friends study learn new things. But dating you will have plenty of time for that when your older honestly for a reason so many of us older people can tell you!!!

Absolutely. Im 15 and Im just starting to date. Trust me, you'll have all your life to date, but you wont have many years left to be a kid. I know that sounds like something a parent would say but it's soo true. Plus, boys that are 12 or 13, or even 15 are still immature. All the guys i know act so silly. Wait for them to grow up a little and it'll be way more fun to date.

No I started dating when I was 12 so I think its just about right. Of course not like kissing and making out at 12 just going on fun lil harmless romantic dates but dont expect to fall in love just yet!

Yes. Sure, at 12 you can like boys and 'go' together in school, go skating and talk on the phone. But, actually going out on a date - where one of you has to pay - yes, save that for at least 15 or 16 years old.

A little too young? That is wayyyyyyyy to young. I say 16 is the average age to start dating. I guess thats cuz im a strict parent though. LOL. That's just my opinion.

I'd say as long as the 12 year olds are in the house under a parents supervision, and are watching TV or playing video games.. its fine. As long as they aren't our in the playhouse making out and feeling each other up.
I started dating when I was 13. I was exposed to too much, and I decided for myself to not date until I found someone who I really wanted to date.... I'd usually be good friends with them first. Its worked out for the best for me - I married my best friend. We've been together for 9 years, married 6 years, and he's the only man I've ever been with. I saved myself for him. I was sure. ;)

Sorry hun but yes...at 12 you should be hanging out with your friends not worrying about adult stuff like boys...give it a few yrs and don't be in such a hurry to grow up...trust me when you are 28 (like I am) you will wish you could go back to your age now and just have fun.

no way date when your ready some people dont have there 1st date till the 16 but most start dattin around 12 good luck with that person who you wanna date xx
