Let a doc check you out. It COULD BE something minor such as fluid behind your ear--although that normally causes dizziness and balance problems, it can cause ringing; there could be a more serious problem called tinnitus. I'm not giving you a diagnosis---let doc do that. That's what they're paid for. Good luck!
