My friend wants to become one of those gigolo guys that takes out women for fun frolics and maybe more.....?

Gigolos don't take women out. Women hire a gigolo. Tell him to go for it , but make sure he charges enough.

A gigolo is a male prostitute and/or escort.. There's pretty good money in it if you can live with it.. It's not a negative thing, there are women that don't get hit on anymore (as in older) who still want companionship of younger men. They're in denial about getting older but who cares, there money is as good as anyone elses.
I think your friend is really talking about being a player of sorts..

NO its not a good idea. You friend has a lack of self confidence
and wants to feel attractive. That is why he wants to do this.

Best thing is to help him gain more confidence in himself....
I dont know how you can do that because I dont know your friend.

Talk to someone you both know.....without sharing your friends
desires. Just ask them how you could help someone gain more confidence.

let him have fun while he can, if he's doing more than just taking them out i.e jiggery pokery then wont be long before he catches a dose and spreads it.

erm why would he want to do that
but if he saw it as purely work i couldnt imagine any tears falling...though if he got involved with a client it would get tricky
