a.. SmartBridge -- SmartBridge is distributing an old version of
PSAPI.DLL. As a result, users may receive the following error message after
installation of Internet Explore 7 Beta 2:
SmartBridge Alerts:MotiveSB.exe Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in
the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

To work around this error:
1.. Navigate to the installation location for SmartBridge (\Program
Files\Verizon...\Smart...)
2.. Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL
3.. Reboot the system
The program will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the \Windows\System32 directory
and function normally

This is the easiest and best way to stop this annoyance
You dont need to uninstall ie7 at all

Start>Run then type in msconfig and hit enter when system configuration utility opens click on the startup tab and uncheck the box next to Bt help notifier, then apply changes and restart your computer. If you need further help e-mail me...........Oh by the way the help notifier is useless anyway so by stopping it at startup you are also saving resources.

Or click Start then click Search and files and folders, put smartbridge in the searchbox and hit enter when its done searching there should be a smartbridge folder at the top double click it and look for the psapi.dll and rename it psapiold.dll.....reboot and there should be no error message

This has something to do with Internet Explorer 7, which it sounds like you've downloaded and installed. Get rid of IE7 and this will go away.

Click on Start, Settings, control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and click Show updates at the top. After everything loads, scroll down until you find Internet Explorer 7 and remove it. Close Control Panel and restart your computer. IE 6 will be back and your problem will be gone.

4.. uncheck everything except you anti virus and spyware protection (also anything you knowingly know to be acceptable ie wireless network or msm yaho mesaenger )
5.. when it asks you restart the pc it will run faster and hopefully without the offending software

alternativly go to the sdame msconfig and services check the hide microsoft services check box and uncheck all the available boxes

if everything is ok repeat but switch one box on at a time checking each time if the offending software is there again but by switching them all off it will speed up your system.

Go to your control panel go to add & delete files
find and delete it.
Or go to start right abouve start hit all programs go to start up
find & delete.
