You aren't worthless. You are really trying to help support the ones you love, and trying really counts as something. A worthless person would just kill themselves, but you aren't that person. You are asking for help, aren't you? Well here's my advice. You need to try to start looking at the glass as "half full" Try to be more positive, open yourself up to those you love (but not too much to the point where it is annoying). Perhaps what they want is for you to feel better, to stop trying so hard. Another thing is, if these people don't want your love, your consideration, your thirst to help them, then they DON'T deserve it. You deserve much better! It might take a little time, but start trying to help someone who actually appreciates your help, because I am almost 100% positive there is someone out there who needs your help as much as you want to give it to them.

sometimes in life things don't always go as planned. I can understand how you feel as i usually feel like this as well. you say that you try to help people and don't make them feel any better - i'm sure you do - we are all human and all need support, even if we don't seem grateful. depression is hard for people to understand, and no one will be able to appreciate exactly what you are going through. people will tell you that you aren't worthless - but they are just words, you need to believe them before they can make any difference. i would suggest going to a counciller, it's something that took me 3 years to do, but it is helping, talking to someone who doesn't know you [and therefore can't judge you] is really helpful. everyone has something to offer in life, you need to find what is good about yourself - and from your question, we can already see that you do things for other people and are supportive - this is a great quality to have - don't lose it!

you are NOT worthless. . .
I understand your feelings, because, I have felt like you are feelking now.Our mind is such a complex machine, yet sometimes its quite simple because the more you tell it something, the more you believe it, so, change your thoughts about yourself for just the next half hour, just for me.Go and look in the mirror, and as soon as you feel a negative thought, turn it to a positive thought, even if you don't believe it, just do it, for me.Visit your doctor, and if you have to go on mild antidepressants, try them, they are not all addictive like the reputation they had years ago, but, if you have so much love within you to give to others, I'm sure you can spare a little piece, even just a teenyweeny bit of love, just for yourself. We neglect ourselves all too easy, and we should love ourselves more.
If you want to IM me, PLEASE feel free to do so.I love making new friends...something I thought I could never do, as I never believed in myself, but work at it, and your life can be more enjoyable each and every beautiful day!

You poor girl...you are suffering so bad from low self esteem, and depression...can't you tell us what wonderful things you are capable of doing? How can you make others feel better, when you are suffering so? Please, pray and Thank Jesus, and God for all your blessings, and ask Them to give you strength to be thankful for what you have that is good in your life, and let Them lead you in the right direction

you're not worthless
you're just a very passionate person, with a some troubles
killing yourself wouldnt do any good, you clearly have a very strong personality, you just need a little more will
be soft and kind, gently show your affections
you are by no means worthless

i would give my eternal soul to spend the next fifty years with you or someone to love and start a family, home and life with. just remember that their are people out there that would love to just have someone to be next to. your love and devotion is what is the treasure that was meant for all. 85% of a females beauty is from her not knowing how beautiful she is.
p.s., i'm a white guy
