Target stores. I think their quality is better than Walmart.
Ikea. Always popular, but I'm finding their quality deteriorating.

Okay Ikea is great in East Bay, Emeryville
Scandanavia designs in MArin COunty, San Rafael = high ned cheap.
Then there is the really cheap walmart etc.

I dont know if they have them there....but when i got my apartment... peir 1 had a truck load sale at the clearance store. I got a couch.... 2 chairs.... pillows and cushions.... and a coffee table for about 155 dollars total. not bad. now... since it is rattan furniture... it is not the most comfortable... but it is not uncomfortable. the furniture will do until i can save enough to buy the over stuffed furniture I want. Secondly... if you are a single person... the benefit to having rattan furniture is that it is easy to move if you ever need to move.
