You can find yourself by taking your parents out for lunch if they are not around then take a family member out to lunch. If you still cannot find a family member then take yourself out to lunch and spend time writing letters to a few family members which are still alive. In other words take part in returning the love back to your family after all they brought you into this world.

shut off everything no music or tv or internet or anything that will distract you. sit and be still be quiet. think nothing for a time and then ask youself "what do I want in this life?" Do not try to answer. Be still and wait for the answer. you already know what that answer is All you need to do is to be calm and quiet and listen for the answers in your heart.
