we have been together for about 2 years, i am now 32 weeks pregnant, we use to be close, he never pays me any sexual attention anymore it seems all he cares about doing in bed is sleeping! he's not the sort to sleep around either so whats wrong with him? he makes me feel ugly and unwanted! And i'm not an ugly fat dog neither! i know that for certain!

Probably because you fat and ugly, he's most likely getting it elsewhere as if often the case when wifey's pregnant.
But dont let it get you down, he'll find you attractive after you've had the baby, I mean how could he not when you will be bloated, saggy, stretched and unattractive.

How long does he work during a typical day? You also mentioned that you are 32 weeks pregnant, sounds like you are having some hormonal problems too, which is very normal during pregnancy.

it's just a phase. if you're pregnant, he might feel you are unavailable for sex. or perhaps he might feel guilty for impregnating you in the first place. guys do that sometimes because we know it isn't us that has to carry and deliver that baby.
in any case, see if this behavior continues after the delivery. if it does, then maybe you and he need counciling. but as for now, maybe you should do the initiating. if he refuses, then ask him what's up.

That's what you get for having a baby with a man who won't marry you. He has no commitment to you so he doesn't care how he treats you. Once the baby arrives, it will ge worse.

May be he's getting too much stress from work or something. Try to get him more interested in you. Act differently, like cuter, naughtier, to attract him. And, hmm... may be cauz u'r pregnant, too. Or may be he's getting another chick behind your back, or he's turning gay...

Maybe, he doesn't think you want sex, since you are pregnant.
He could be gagging for it, but doesn't want to pressure you, so he just goes to sleep.
He may not like the idea of having sex while your pregnant.
Have you asked/seduced/demanded ?
