Plain soda (aka water with carbon dioxide) has zero calorie. Soda like Coke has sugar in it so they are fattening and also damaging your teeth.

Yah. The sugar in the soda turns into fat...but not unless you drink like, a can a day.

if you mean is soda fattening then yes because it contains so much sugar try to drink diet soda...

If that soda is made from sugar, its VERY fattening AND bad for teeth and gums.

yes, it is. But its not sugar that is so bad for you. High Fructose Corn Syrup is the big problem with soda.

Yes it is...drink diet soda if you must drink soda...water is best though.

yes it is fattening.i would drink diet soda if i were you.it can also cause some types of cancer.water is SO much better for you!

soda in itself isn't fattening....if you intake too many calories...the extra calories are stored as fat in the body.Soda has empty calories....meaning low or no real nutritional value....
