Have you guys been friends or have you guys have talked if you guys have then better.You can be there whenevr she needs a shoulder to lean on but if you never spoken to her and you've just be admiring her then i think it's best you wait for the meantime try been nice around her,with time she'll get used to d friend whom she enjoys spilling her heart to.After a while when she getting stronger tell her how you feel abt her.Gudluck.

You should ask her out but here are some rules to follow
1. dont make any moves on her
2. dont do anyting quiet or romantic
3. take her some place fun like picnic in the park
4. Let her know that she is pretty
