I understand humid is water, but that's where I am confused. Shouldn't water tame the hair down.
I bet the same theory would apply to winter and dry skin, but just goes over my head.
In summer and dry whether I would expect hair to dry and frizz up, not in winter.

In the summer, the humidity adds moisture to your hair. In the winter your hair is so dry that it goes a little haywire and becomes a problem. Try using a product that blocks humidity out for the summer and use a deep conditioner in the winter. Good luck!

BECAUSE HUMID IS WATER AND YOUR HAIR GET WET IN A WEIRD WAY AND THERE YOU GO. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM TOO
