Is it better to follow your heart or follow what the mind dictates?

There are 3 components that is your makeup: your mind, will and emotions. Your mind is where thoughts are kept. They can be all over the place. There is the will. The things you want to do, but don't quite no how. Then there is the emotions. How do you feel about the situation. Your heart should only be opened to the very one who you can trust with your mind, your will and your emotions. There is your heart issue. It is a delicate move.

youn do whatever feels better for you some ppl say follow your heart but then mind says no others say do it the other way but i always do wot feels better for me so do wot u think is better for you and wot feels right
