After 15 years, do I dare mention to her that she feels different? I'm just not enjoying our time together like I used to....sometimes not being able to ...peak. I've suggested anal penatration, but she's not interested. Will this get worse in the years to follow? We met when she was in high school, and it just isn't tight like that any more.

this sounds totally crazy (it sounded crazy when i first heard it)but i heard that if a girl takes a bath in lemon jucies that will help tighten her up down there. this girl i knew used the actual lemon itself and bought a bottle of lemon juice too.

Kegel excersises are the only thing she could do, other than surgery. It is really rare for something like this. The vagina is contracts after sex. Unless it was damaged in some way during a birth?
Chances are she is going to be hurt if you say something to her. But if it's effecting the relationship that much I guess you have no choice.
BTW the vagina was never meant to be as tight as anal.... So don't expect that with ANY girl. I would also question if some of this might be a mental thing... with you.

you have to talk her into doing kegel excercises. That will fix that problem right up. Your sex life with her depends on it. Call her ob/gyn and tell him or her about the problem. The doc will suggest it to your wife so you won't have to say anything that might hurt her feelings.
