Absolutley.

I would estimate there are at least 25 active serial killers operating in the USA. I know there is one in Central Florida. Check the web there is a site that keeps tract of the open cases.

My point is there are probably some who do not know that they are serial killers, so beware and don't just trust someone ;();

Another thing i that some killer could murder someone right now and be on the run. Some could have broke out of jail

Seems to be, they just found 4 dead women in NJ and they are thinking it is the work of a serial killer!!

When captured, Democrats believe that all killers should be punished by being forced to take "Sensitivity Classes".
