I've had my nipples pierced since I was 19. Mine have done that in the past and it was not puss. The person who said use antibacterial soap was right on. I keep a pump bottle of Dial Antibacterial in the shower. I wash with normal scented body soap but save the dial for my body piercings. Haven't had that problem since. I also take all my jewelry out and soak them in alcohol a couple times a week. I've dated a tattoo artist who did piercings and he said certain body types react that way to the jewelry. Just make sure they aren't swollen or the skin feels hot (feverish) to the touch.

Take out the rings and clean the area and the rings with hydrogen peroxide before putting them back in. After doing this for a few days, it should stop. It's probably a small infection- it doesn't have to be painful to be infected. My cartilage piercing in my ear still does that from time to time and I've had it 4 years.

It hurts on and stale, i have had it performed for 3 weeks and that i love it, this is extraordinarily in spite of the indisputable fact that it does damage. I continually positioned on a bra because I have large boobs and it bled plenty for the first few days. i advise cleansing it plenty because I absolutely clean mine when I have a bath and this is contaminated in spite of the indisputable fact that this is nonetheless worth it. Nipples damage a lot more advantageous than tongues although that...your mum will easily observe your tongue piercing because it swells like a *****

Soaking with salt water will reduce any swelling, help to clean it and help remove any crust etc, keep clean and dry. If you don't want to directly dip yourself into the salt water soak a cotton pad and hold it onthe area. you should do it 3-4 times a day. Sounds like a lot of work but it works the best of all I tried.

They are oozing something for them to get crusty. Wash them real good in the shower with mild soap and move them around in it. Then use A and D ointment.
