How is it when you place a can of coke & diet coke each in a bucket of water - the diet coke ends up floating?

Need to know my mate from England asked me this question and I have no clue if its true and if so, how is it possible. Please help!!

if it does happen its more than likely beacause diet coke is better for your health so its floating to heaven, while the regular coke is full of nasty sugar so is being pulled in to hell
