How common is it to find royalty in your ancestral lineage? Would it be unusual to have a king 5 nodes back in direct line?

Hey plsplstel...,

A King 5 nodes back is a bit unusual. Two to the 5th power is 32 contributors to your gene pool. So, that is your/their 2nd Great Grand Father, which there are 16 2ndGGParents. If you went back 9 or more generations that can be quite common.

So, does that make me your Royal Genealogist - lol.
