the first requirement is to have a I,Q and shoe size that match
second, you are blood thirsty, and want to kill some one,
third , not enough nerve to take the chance without a 50 to 1 ratio
forth,to scared to steal , and to sorry to work for you your bread,
fifth, easily to brain wash into believing you are SOMETHING
sixth, other kids in school took your lunch money,
seventh, must like free coffee and donuts,
eighth ,Arrogant, overbearing ,and a wannabe bully.
ninth, definitely not enough courage for a 1on 1 engagement ,
tenth, likes to be a 1st class scum bag,
same as with all of the police forces in this country
