Maybe you are not equal.

Most of those laws have exceptions for the death of a law officer.

If it were up to me they'd all get the ax.

a cop or a judge are civil servents thus commiting a murder involving either the sentence is death. but now adays not many states have the guts to put people to death. why do you think the death row population is so high. if it were truely death row wouldn't the population be decreaseing?

Not always true but I don't have a problem with it. Killing a public servant in the line of duty is usually a death sentence because its believed that it will help deter some criminals from taking pot shots at them. Personally I'm a big believer in Capital punishment for any one who murders.

Well Bones, look at it this way...if people kill cops and judges, then the rest of us don't have a chance. Think about that.

I'd like to see killing of Paramedics and Firefighters in the line of duty included in the "capital punishment" portion of the program as well.

That is not necessarily true. Laws differ in all states. perhaps you should be more specific if you want an accurate answer.
