When a DLL is missing the best method is to reinstall the application it is associated with. If the error is occurring automatically when you start your computer, you can click on start, click on run, and type msconfig and press enter.

Click on the startup tab and run each of the programs listed in this tab. As you run each one, one of them will give you the DLL error and you will now know which one is the culprit.

You need to get nisres.dll
Dll files are exectuable mini-applications that windows uses. Look on google for nisres.dll, or go to a friends computer, find nisres.dll under system32, in C:\, write down what it says, go to your own computer, type that text into notepad, and save as a txt file called nisress.dll under sytem32

It could have been deleated when you inistalled something else. It might have been associated with two programs and one deleated it.
