With gusto! After steaming them, crack them open and dig out all the delicious meat with a fork. Dip it in a melted garlic lemon butter. YUM!
And save the shells to boil for stock. It's amazing.

Crack the legs with your hands (by folding it) where it's easier to do so, then pull the meat out in one piece.
