Anyone get these? I noticed a big spot on my front tooth. My mom and uncle have the same thing. I was brought up on flurodated water. My teeth are very strong and healthy, so I doubt it is a deficiency. However, I do not get enough calcium but is this really a sign? I get them on my finger nails too..is this related?

Do you all drink Soda? Lemon's? offten we decalcify our teeth and cause white spots. Florosis or too much flouride would cause brow teeth not white.Ask you doctor about the calcium deficiency . You may need vitamins for the body but a stain or white spot would have to be caused by an outside thing because your teeth are already formed and solid.
