A geek might say that most flags are shaped like two triagles joined together - any rectangle splits into two right-angled triangles of course - but there are other contenders.

Nepal features a flag which looks like two triangles, one on top of the other, bordered with blue and each triangle featuring a white emblem on a red background. The uppermost emblem is rather like a star rising above the moon, whilst the lower emblem is a simple star.

The Israeli flag, featuring the Star of David is another possibility - the star is of course made of two intertwined equilateral triangles drawn in blue on a white background, with two more blue lines - one above and one below.

Of course much of this depends on personal perception. The Jamaican flag, for example, could be perceived to be two black triangles joined together or two green triangles joined together.

Here are a couple of sites that include the history of flags of the different nations. The other has pictures of the flags seperated by area.

Best of luck in finding the one you want.
