I think God has a sense of humor and can appreciate humorous songs about himself.
However, the intent behind those songs is important. Are they made to make us laugh at ourselves and how humorlessly we treat spiritual matters? Are they meant to show anger at God? (Not always a bad motive, BTW.) Are they meant to disparage God and make people disbelieve in him? Are they meant to mock 21st-century Pharisees like some Religious Right leaders?
Psalm 2 says God laughs. The later chapters of Job has God saying some sardonic things. This God made the aardvark, the anteater, the duckbill platypus, and the giraffe. God has a bigger sense of humor than we do! A sense of humor, the ability to laugh at oneself, is a healthy thing; and I'm sure God is healthy! In fact, Voltaire once said, "God is a comedian playing to an audience afraid to laugh."
BTW, what determines who goes to hell or heaven is one's believe and investment in Jesus the Messiah. Without that, Parker and Stone will go to hell, and if their South Park stuff was done in malice, that will count against them, IMHO. I think God will care more about how Parker and Stone treated their employees, family members, friends, etc., and how much they loved or didn't love others.

confident, it particularly is the argument of " Who designed the dressmaker?", and it particularly is been around longer than Dawkins has. The argument accuses believers of specific pleading by assuming that each and every thing that exists desires a reason, different than God. And it would be specific pleading if that's what we've been putting forward, yet we are no longer. The argument we positioned forth is that even though starts to exist desires a reason. Mainstream astronomy itself has produced info that the universe began to exist quicker or later in the previous. subsequently the universe mandatory a reason, for the reason that all of us understand now that it is not eternal in accordance to cosmology. formally, it particularly is wide-unfold because of the fact the Kalaam Cosmological Argument, which i'm specific you have heard of. i'm unsure Dawkins has however because of the fact he keeps persisting with this " God had to have a maker" argument. God by definition, latest different than for time and area, did no longer start to exist, and to that end mandatory no reason. yet there is yet another exciting thank you to envision Dawkins' argument that invoice Craig observed a while in the past. If each and every clarification of ways something arrived here required a added clarification of ways it have been given here, then medical learn would be rendered impossible. As Craig has reported in maximum of words " If archeologists digging in the floor have been to come again for the period of a stone gadget, it would be lifelike to end that the stone gadget exchange into designed by human hands. yet whilst the factors for determining that assumption required that we clarify the place the early makers of that gadget got here from, and then the origins of the makers of the gadget, and then the origins of the origins of the makers of the gadget, it would to that end plunge medical discovery right into a daft limitless regress the place no info or theories could be postulated". particularly, if we could have a proof of each and every clarification into infinity, we will in no way have fact with something.

God is Spirit, therefore not "he/she/it."
People will be punished for sins committed and not having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
We will all stand in judgment one day and take responsibility for what we did...and didn't do.
BTW, God does have a since of humor...He created you...right? He created me as well. There is a time and place for everything. There's a difference in humor and blasphemy.

If man was made in God's image, wouldn't God, then, have a sense of humor? It would depend on the exact type of humor.

Depends on them, if Trey and Matt forgive people who ridicule and belittle them, God will forgive them too. But if they are vengeful to such people then God will be vengeful to them too.
Or atleast as far as i understand it...
