I think God has a sense of humor and can appreciate humorous songs about himself.
However, the intent behind those songs is important. Are they made to make us laugh at ourselves and how humorlessly we treat spiritual matters? Are they meant to show anger at God? (Not always a bad motive, BTW.) Are they meant to disparage God and make people disbelieve in him? Are they meant to mock 21st-century Pharisees like some Religious Right leaders?
Psalm 2 says God laughs. The later chapters of Job has God saying some sardonic things. This God made the aardvark, the anteater, the duckbill platypus, and the giraffe. God has a bigger sense of humor than we do! A sense of humor, the ability to laugh at oneself, is a healthy thing; and I'm sure God is healthy! In fact, Voltaire once said, "God is a comedian playing to an audience afraid to laugh."
BTW, what determines who goes to hell or heaven is one's believe and investment in Jesus the Messiah. Without that, Parker and Stone will go to hell, and if their South Park stuff was done in malice, that will count against them, IMHO. I think God will care more about how Parker and Stone treated their employees, family members, friends, etc., and how much they loved or didn't love others.

Depends on them, if Trey and Matt forgive people who ridicule and belittle them, God will forgive them too. But if they are vengeful to such people then God will be vengeful to them too.
Or atleast as far as i understand it...
