OK, so I am reading about Rocky Balboa on wikipedia. They named this messed up charactor name I am unfamiliar?

It said "Xhamison Camilleri wins 52(KO) losses 2 draw o (9 Times-Champion)." There is no explaination to it what so ever. And a 9 time champion? Not at heavyweight buddy. Anybody know ANYTHING about that name or what it means?
