how come we all dont have the same last name of adam and eve if they were the first people?

They were not the first people. If you read the Old Testament, in chapter one God created the Heavens and the Earth and people. In Chapter Two God created Adam and Eve.
Adam and Eve are the ancestors of not all people (who did Cain marry if that were so?) they were the ancestors of the Hebrews.
This simple fact explains the different races and "cave men."
As for last names, when your family gets too big and everyone is named John or susan last names (usually derived from occupations) help the seating arrangements at family reunions. :)

If the 1st 2 human beings have been the two male, it could make the bible much greater absurd. God did not write the bible, men wrote the bible, and it substitute into all politically the final option for the day. With Adam and Eve we are all a team or inbreds because it somewhat is, yet with Adam and Steve, umm yeah, till Steve had a womb, which negates the gay rights activists element.

Because then we had the proof that we are all INBREED. Inbreeding results in IDIOTS and hence it would make sense that we believe every nonsense we are made to believe...
But there is hope: Seing that we are NOT ALL idiots, that could be proove that Adam and Eve did sleep with others, possibly of a different races, like the 'neanderthal' who evolved, and hence it would explain why we have different skincolors and why we blame our animal disire for using each other for fun. Just a thought...

Today's western naming conventions even today are not used in many countries, for example China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, etc etc. Western naming conventions were not used at all even 2000 years ago. Your question is a non sequitur (absurdism).
