No. There is no time, there is no space, or constraints...there is God, and everything God creates. Only this. God is All That Is, thus nothing can limit "Him".

No, God is not limited in any way.
God is the source of all things manifest and unmanifest, with no beginning or end, no limitations or constraints with inconceivable and unlimited potency, this is impossible to understand fully with the limited scope of the human brain.

God is outside of time and space. There is no end to the Universe. It never ends. God never ends. He is eternal. God has put us in time so that we would know the seasons. Time kinda reminds us that we are mortal, but our souls seek eternal life. I don't think any one really wants to die.

God would be a pretty poor ruler if he went around breaking the laws of physics. That would be like a judge saying that he is allowed to break the law because he made it.
