Fish would probably have more protien because fish is healthy for your brain and chicken breast isn't all that good for you body.

It's definitely fish. Fish in many ways is more healthy and has more nutrients (omega3, etc) than what you find in chicken. I'm into fitness so I know. Another great alternative is tofu, which is something not many people realize. If you incorporate this into your diet, you will be very healthy. Tofu tastes kind of plain, so you can put it into various soups, or just fry it and eat it with soy sauce. I probably gave you more info than you needed, but it's good to know facts!

totally depends on the type of fish youre referring to. shellfish has less protein than scale fish. some high protein fish is tuna and salmon. we generally eat bigger portions when we eat poultry therefore we get more protein from it. but ounce for ounce i think certain kinds of fish contain more protein than poultry.
