I like my butt, cause a lot of people have told me it's kinda big. But to me it doesn't look that big, but i don't mind. The problem is that my **** looks like it's saggy and i hate it, i hate going to the beaches, cause then i have to wear shorts. I just want it to be sort of round and up. I don't know what to do. i tried doing some butt exersices for a week and it didn't make a difference. Can anyone help me so i can be more confident wearing jeans and going to the beach.

I bet you look beautiful, but to enhance your beauty, I think there are actually undergarments you can buy that "lift" so I'd check in the lingerie section of better department stores. Or, try Victoria's Secret. They might have a secret or two to share that would help you. Having said all of that, confidence comes from within yourself and I know this sounds like lip service, but if others would judge you by your butt, how shallow are those people? I bet your are beautiful so enjoy your body and walk proudly!!!!

It will take more than a week of exercise to help. Continue with the exercise and check in say Victoria's Secret for a panty which is designed to help your problem.

If you want your B um to be tight and round then you will have to do b um exercises for more than just a week. If your serious than you have to keep up an exercise regime on a regular basis. Don't expect to exercise for only a week and see any results.

Go to the gym and do squats. Free weights are better than the machines. You will see results within a few weeks and your whole body will be in better shape because squats work your whole body. Good luck!!

I dunno what to say about the beach problem, but for jeans, buy those ones with pads in them, and have a but lift. Kind of like a push up bra for your butt. Look it up on yahoo, they have it somewhere.

i had that issue too, until i started working out 3x a week! now i have buns of steel! WORK OUT MORE!
