help me decorate my bedroom!?

I have a bed with a silver/chrome headboard, and a teal duvet. What color curtains should i buy? and should my dressers be a lght maple wood color, or dark brown or even black??

I think your furniture should be black. You could add some black pillows to your bed and silver or crome accents to your furniture to tie it all together. I would accent with dark pink. Curtains could be either of those colors, depending on what color you paint your walls.

I think a black dresser would offset the teal duvet quite nicely, because teal is so much lighter. The two would contrast. Then the chrome headboard would ask as a medium between the two. Curtains, if possible, should be teal and black striped? Maybe teal or a similar color with black trimmings, or visa verca. Then the top of the curtain, the little rod that holds it in place, should be chrome.

If possible, get a mirror with a black frame on the outside, or paint the walls teal, something like that. Make sure you like the patten before you go hogwild with the teal/black theme. It is your room, after all.

Yes, dark wood or black would be beautiful with the teal (one of my favorite colors). Stick with a neutral wall, dark woods, silver/chrome metals and then throw in some bright orange throw pillows; a couple of orange glass pieces for miss-matched bedside tables or a painting with the colors of orange and teal in them. Your bedroom should be all teal, silver/chrome, and black. I used to have a mirror/black set of a dresser, chest, and two night stands.
