Does recieving a digital tv signal through an analogue aerial maker any difference?

There is no such thing as a "digital aerial". All aerials are analog. Don't fall for marketing gimmicks. You need an aerial that will pick up both UHF and VHF frequencies, and the same aerial will work for both analog and digital broadcasts.
