There's a guy in my college who used to turn pink everytime he looked at me. He also used to look at me a lot. I started looking at him too and actually developed a crush on him. I thought he liked me too. So I shared this with a friend of mine and in response to this I was told to go and tell this to him(say that "I have a crush on you"). I couldn't say it so I wrote it down on a piece of paper. When he read it, he said "It happens, it's ok". I expected him to leave after that happened---but no, he sat with me for an hour and a half and talked about his family, friends his grades etc.(basically irrelevant topics). But kept staring at me occassionally and turning pink again and smiling. I said "Stop looking at me!". He said "ok"(we both laughed at this) and again after a few minutes we were looking at each other again. Before leaving he said "Dont worry, dont fret, it's ok" as he saw me tearing the paper on which I wrote to him-"I have a crush on you"/
..what does all this mean?

I even asked him why he looked at me...he said that he didn't know......and when I told him that I felt like a jerk and that I shouldn't have told him all this...he was quite offended..."what do u mean?, it's ok". He showed me a picture of his doggy in his cellphone....I also asked him if he had a crush on any1 --he said he 'had' a few. But now, none. Also he said he used to 'like' his best friend's sister but didn't ask her out as his best friend passed away and didn't want to be reminded of him...he also mentioned that now he would never ask her out anyway...
when I asked him y he looked at me again...he said..did I look at u? I didn't know.....
Also,I ripped my paper because I was upset...I thought he ditched me...which is what I still think....also, I dunno, but I think I didn't want any1 to c it either...

Okay first of all. Writing it on a paper is kind of juvenile. I would have just told him I was interested or just asked him out. BUT ANYWAY...The ball is in his court now that you told him that and it is up to him to make any moves. I would not hold my breath. If he asks you out then good and if time goes and he does not then move on...He definitely did not react the way I would have wanted. I know that sometimes people just stare because I had a similar situation I stared at a guy after I thought he was staring at me on a daily basis and he did not like me it just so happens he just liked to stare I guess... This guy seems so confusing. By the way it sounds it seems that he genuinely likes you. But then again he could be a creep who won't stop staring at you. I personally wouldn't get too caught up because he's hinting but not hinting to you that he likes you. (if that makes any sense) If he's not being straight when you ask him questions like you were saying previously then don't pursue him....good luck!

It's a mistake to tell someone you don't know that you have a crush on them. Just because he blushes easy doesn't mean that he's really interested or even that he is someone you would even want to know. Always wait until you know someone well and are dating. There are some really big jerks and even dangerous people who look attractive on the outside.

Men are so hard to explain. The hard part is.. he probably didnt know why he was looking at you either. My advice is to keep talking to him if you want something to come of this. Dont bring up that he is looking at you.. just keep talking to you.. maybe invite him out to do something that is coming up on campus. Good Luck!

Sounds like the beginning of a beautiful friendship/relationship ... don't blow it, just get lost in the moment. No crazy expectations, especially not yet. Just continue to learn more about each other and take it slow. Just allow yourself to be happy, looks like you found quite the catch.

it wasn't wrong to tell him, at least you've found out how he is, do you think you can love him? I think he likes you but doesn't know what to do, he may be confused after what happened to his friend
