plz help..me when i am in a bad mood i lose my mind towards my freinds parents and brothers ...im afraid to lose all of them ..also i cant stand one word from anybody ...and even people that have no realtion with my problems faces some anger !!! it started 2 days ago when i had a big fight with my brother for no reason....till now im very angry ....and shouting and speaking with a bad manner to all ppl...plz if any one knows steps to control anger or tell me wut should i do....?

Get up and go for a long walk and cool off....just excuse yourself and always apologize after the fact, if you unload for no reason..and share your concerns about yourself to caring others...Something has pushed you to this point and you are just reacting to something else...you need to search deep in your soul, and find out just what it really is, that is triggering it...I am sorry that something has you so angry inside that you are so volatile...Pray to God, through Jesus,...that you have strength to get better before you lose your temper and end up in jail or something worse,..God bless,

This is called a rage and can be indicative of a number of different mental health issues. Know that there are many others like you who get out of control in this way. It's not your fault.

I have 2 suggestions you might want to try, and both are natural remedies that can help the mind function better. I suggest you try taking a supplement called phosphatidyl choline. Choline is something founds in regular food like eggs and meat but some of us don't metabolize enough of it and we need extra. Also, there is a herb called Holy Basil that is amazing in halting the negative intrusive (not under your control) and often illogical thoughts that can lead to this sort of raging. When I use holy basil, it works for me within 40 minutes. It's amazing and might be worth a try for you!

As well, do what you can to distract yourself from the tiff at hand. Think first, what is it going to matter a year from now? And second, move onto something you like doing that interests you.

You may need professional help. In the mean time I suggest you work out when you feel like you're getting angry to release the tension. Lifting weights and hitting a heavy-bag have worked for me...

Contact your local mental health clinic, most have free service, its possible you have a illness you hid for awhile and anger is the way to retreat, I deal with mental health on a daily basis, don't suffer any longer, go get treatment

I suggest you see a counselor about an anger management group or individual counseling.
