What would you do if this person wasnt your GodMother? My advice to you is to handle it yourself. I would let you GM know what you are doing. Tell the 12 yo that it is not proper to hit someone younger. If the 12 yo keeps it up, talk to his mom. There is not reason a child should ever lay their hands on another child. I would do something right away. Good Luck!!
