any one know about the new electric scooters that seem to be new to the country most people selling them on ebay etc saying no need for insurance licence or tax in the uk as they electric i drove one in china without any license etc great fun cant tel the diference to a petrol please helppp

Depends on the law in the area you are going to use them in. Most of the states in the US do not allow them on anything but private property since they are not licensed and don't have the needed safety equipment to operate on the roads.

The cops will have you, it is the same deal as the "mini moto " craze, basically any powered vehicle on a public road and they willl charge you.

Don't listen to those nutters on Ebay, I mean come on!!

cant se why u should have a licence there are plenty of nutter grandads on those electric buggy things flyin about and there leagal
