The way I see it is that dating is practice for marriage. If you can't be faithful during your dating years then don't expect a future marriage to work with anyone.
If you not ready for a one on one relationship, you need to be up front from the beginning with each girl you date and tell them the truth that you don't want any strings attached and you're just looking for female friends to go out with. Leave it up to them if they wish to have extra benefits with it.
This will prevent a lot of heartache because at least every girl will know where she stands and won't expect too much from you. In the long run, you'll be respected for being truthful.

If you cheated on your girlfriend by making out with some other girl, then yes, your girlfriend had every right to break up with you. That is grounds for her to break up with you.

Ouch...You shouldn't have done that but tell her that you kissed a "chick" or say a girl and just be honest its better for her to find out from you then someone Else.If she breaks up with you when you tell her I am so Sorry but that was the right thing to do and you will know for next time

It depends.
But if you're not sorry about it and not willing to keep it to yourself in the future, I'd be worried.
Frankly, I'm almost more concerned about how you used that "chick". And that your attitude towards women is calling us "chicks". So maybe your girlfriend might realize that you like to use women and don't respect us. That is pretty good grounds for breakup.

Depends on her, whether you were hammered, if you feel bad, all sorts of variables. If my bf made out with another girl, he would be in deep s***. If he apologized, was truly sorry, made no further attempt to be friends with the girl, i might give hima chance. But we live together, and have been together and known each other a while. If it was something i had barely begun, id be done then and there. It all depends on your situation.
AND...dont make out with other girls if you have a girlfriend!!!!!!!

Yes--you should break up with her. It's obvious you're not that interested in making your relationship work.

Breakup is what you deserve, and I hope you realize that. Whether or not she breaks up with you is up to her, but if she does show you mercy, you are gonna really owe her and you better not *uck up again.

Maybe for her if she finds out. For you if you like the new one better than the old one.
