If you know for sure that the guy likes you, you should approach him and start a conversation. In some cases, us females have to be the one to make the first move. If you are afraid to do that, get a friend to do it.

talk 2 him stirike up a conversation if it goes well invite his friends and ur friends 2 go 2 DQ or somin if that goes well then ask him out by urself

Tell him how u feel in a S.A. and give it to him saying it's someone else.Then keep him guessing until your ready to tell him it was u.
