how can get refugee in USA . Im Iraqi and work with USA army in iraq as transolator since 2/2006-7/2006 after that I was under thraited by some of melshis( Bader orgnization ) and I ranaway from Iraq now in egyept can the empassy of UAS help me to get refugee .. I have information about my case

contact us immigratoin at www.uscis.gov and
go to www.firstgov.gov if what you say is true, and you have the list of your unit and cos name you repoted to you may have a case.

Normally refugee status is granted to those who can prove "creditable fear" that their own government will unfairly harm or kill them based on political or religious reasons.
One point is that if you have resided in a third country (you state that you are now in Egypt) then you are normally not eligible unless you can prove a "creditable fear" that the GOVERNMENT of Iraq (not just some outlaw group) is going to violate international law and go into Egypt to get you.
Many aliens will go to Canada (its easy) and then cross the border into the USA and ask for aslyum. But are denied since they had no fear in Canada.
You should have gotten with your Army supervisors as they could have been more help if they believed you.
