Hi Mathias, think of the terrible price that Jesus paid for your salvation and the agony He endured for you in the garden of olives, think also of the rejection that He endured and still does to win you the grace to live by Christian standards, now if you can do this then surely it is enough to let you know that spilling the seed of life that God gave you is indeed sinful and is not what Jesus would have you do as if it was right.
think to of your Angel Guardian who is at your side and has to turn away from you whenever you resort to this, you are like the rest of us, weak so pray for the courage to stop this degrading act

1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Galatians 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh
1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Study the word of God until you understand it and not try to interpret what it says, because your interpretation shall be wrong. Ask God to open up His word to you, and He will. Allow His word to transform you from the inside out.
I shall keep you in my prayers.
God bless you always
Carol

That is a toughie. But nothing is too tough for Jesus Christ. Take it to the Lord in prayer and wait on the Lord. Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. It takes your will power and the strength of the Holy Spirit. Praise is a powerful weapon. Each time you want to masterbate, praise the Lord. Sing song of praise and thanks that that habit is broken

A life without masturbation is only a partial life, not a real life. Masturbation is natural, and healthy unless it becomes an obsession. If you weren't naturally a sexual being with natural needs, you would have no interest in masturbation. Your creator made you a human being with human needs and desires. If he hadn't, mankind would never have propogated the species and none of us would be here anymore.

Contrary to religious popular belief, masturbation is not a sin. It's not a bad thing. It helps you relieve stress and makes you feel better.

You must replace one habit with another. Instead of lusting after that which is sinful, lust after the word of God. Study His word.

I use to be in this sin, but you can overcome any sin, just ask Jesus to help you get over it. I did, I'm clean now
