First, if he is a relative and deceased - you can now get a complete copy of his service record from the National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis. I have linked them below (1st link). If you are conducting research or trying to reconnect with him (aka old Army buddy) you can try going through the 35th ID Veterans Board and try to reach him or someone who knows/knew him.
