Emotional stress starts to drag down the immune system and when that occurs, you start becoming vulnerable to illnesses quite easily.
Start taking vitamins and mineral suppliments so that you wont be dragged down that much, and try to relieve the stress that is affecting you as much as possible...
Also, take time out for yourself, like a soothing hot bath and relax for an hour or so... Its not only stress relaxing but good for the mind and body too...
Meditation is a great relaxer also...

You CAN get sick. Emotional stress drains your body of energy and runs down your immune systems--causing you to get sick easier. Start taking a multivitamin daily with extra Vitamin C to help prevent an unwanted sickness.

It could weaken your immune system to the point where you get sick more easily. Be sure to take care of yourself when you are under emotional stress - eat well, exercise and make sure to get enough sleep. That should help you to not get sick.

Mystery: yes that depends how much emotions could yourself
can handel every day were people do lack in sleep sometimes
but best results is get plenty of rest and drink alot of fluids
because it's required by medical doctors

How will you be dealing with it? Do you 'destress' by exercise, meditation, controlling negative thoughts, eating properly, getting plenty of rest?
If you are the type that just lets their emotions have the best of them and freaks out, you probably will not do well.
Control your emotions and understand that God is in charge.

Yes. When you get run down - burning the candle at both ends, lack of sleep - your resistance is low, and you can't fight off viruses as easily. Eat properly (hard to do when stressed, I know), get rest , and your body is more resistant.

it could... you should take many vitamins and also drink orange juice and try and stay away from sick people. try taking up mediation - it works really good for me :-) try to get a lot of sleep and and good sleep also. i really hope this helps
