no one really knows for sure...all of the ways that you have listed are ways that HIV is spread...HIV causes AIDS but you just don't get full blown AIDS right off the bat...you are infected with HIV...and you can live with HIV all your life without getting AIDS....but back to your question...it really depends on the country and the region...for example..in Africa AIDS is probably spread faster by sex....there is a myth in africa that if you rape a baby you will be cured of AIDS...which we know isn't true but they believe it...so they spread the disease on to the baby...here in the US...it might be a tie between the two...spread through sex and spread through needles...you just don't know...

Tina, Doll. This is the best advice I can give you. If you don't want to get infected- Make your man wear a condom "every time" and DO NOT share needles "NOT EVER" and don't have sex with anyone who does, and do not have sex with anyone who has had sex with anyone who has had sex with anyone who shared needles. AIDS is spread through blood the easiest, because of the high white blood cell count. Seaman is the next sure way.

AIDS can be spread by all of the above methods and you need to take this into consideration in choosing how to live your own life. Beware the crazy lady running around with a pincushion, for example, she could ruin your life!

i dont think one or the other spreads it "faster". some behaviors are riskier than others...for example unprotected anal sex is the riskiest of the 3 sexual behaviors that can spread HIV/AIDS (oral, anal, and vagina). sharing needles is also quite risky because it goes directly into your blood stream. however, any of the following behaviors can spread HIV: blood to blood contact (including sharing needles), unprotected oral, anal, or vaginal sex, pregnant woman to baby, and mother to baby (breastmilk). also, keep in mind the 4 bodily fluids that spread HIV: blood, semen, vaginal fluid, and breast milk. all it takes is for any of these infected fluids to get into the blood stream of another person.
