try the website below. I work in the travel industry and use this all the time. Select your city for Location #1 and the US city in Location #2 (the US has 6 different time zones so you need to know a major city near the place you're trying to calculate).

It will all depend upon where in America. It´s a pretty big place.North, South, U.S.A. or elsewhere. In New York, for example, 5 hours earlier, 6.00pm. Just look up time zones on the Net!

from florida is 5 hours difference. minus the 3 in california, thats 8 hours.
11pm - 8 hrs = 3pm

It depends upon what part of America you're referring to. Here in the Pacific time zone (California), it would be eight hours earlier.

The UK is always 6 hours AHEAD of US. Therefore at 11PM in UK its 5PM in Us, thats in central standard time zone. There is a time converter available but I don't recall the link - maybe you can google it.

Go to this website, www.worldtimeserver.com
then click on 'current times' ,
scroll down till you find the country you're looking for,
it will tell the exact time it is over there

it is approx 3pm. To work it out, you count one hour backwards for every degree of longitude on your atlas/world map.

if you need to know the time in any country just click on your clock on the bottom right and look at time zones, look at the country you need.
