just like how you ask out anyother person.

but here's my opinion:

I think that you may have a shot with a short email or note along the lines of "Feel like lunch?" I would say keep the invitation as short as possible, and don't make it a date.
Making a romantic first move should be 80 per cent instinct and 20 per cent tactics. The harder the heart pounds, the more doubts that plague your resolve, the more you owe it to yourself to take that chance.

* Avoid pick-up lines and obsessive analysis of the situation.

* Boldly declare your intentions.Simply express your desire to see the person acknowledging attraction, expressing intent: "I loved meeting you and would like to see you again."

* Get rejected. If you aren't getting shot down now and then, it means you aren't allowing yourself to take a little romantic risk.

TAKE A RISK.

Think hard about if you want to do it first. Depending on your job and how much you two work together it could create way too much drama and awkwardness.

But if you decide you do want to ask her out, do it in public in front of your other co workers so they know she is your mark. For example, announce it over the company loudspeaker or send an e-mail to everyone in the office.

first make sure it's not against company policy to be dating a co-worker if not then just ask them if they want to go out to dinner and a movie.

Send her a buch of Roses, or a box of expensive choclates, or perhaps both, along with a note, letting her know who you are, and what you would like, honesty is usually the best.
I recommend you to first find out that she's single?

Approach her in a calm manner and if she starts to tell you that going out with you will ruin buisness don't take no for an answer just compliment her and persuad her in to a nice date.

You don't because if it doesn't work out and it usually never does it'll be awkward seeing them around the office and make your day an uncomfortable one

Pretty simple solution. Go up to her and ask her if she would be interested in going out somewhere, sometime with you.

it's easy! just make small talk. ask her about her day, or make jokes but not to make her mad. after a few days, when u know her a little better, make ur move.
