It's called horizontal evolution. We as human beings have changed throughout time within our own species due to the fact that we lived in different climates and had different diets. Hence, Europeans, Africans, Asians, and everyone else look the way they do now.
Or, it could be that God changed us after the Tower of Babel when he scattered us throughout the world and confused our languages.
Either way is plausible.

Good question. Contrary to some of the answers above, the Bible gives a very clear answer to this and other such questions - such as where did Cain get his wife.
God created Adam and Eve with a diverse gene pool. No other humans were directly created. We are all descended from Adam and Eve (Eve is the mother of all.)
There is in fact very little genetic difference between different people groups. We all have brown skin - how brown depends on how much melanin you produce. Likewise the oriental eye is just caused by a layer of fat in the eyelid.

The origin of the different characteristics is nothing to do with evolution. It is Natural Selection in action. When the people were dispersed from Babel the different groups had a different subset of genetic information.

they did not create the human race but was the beginning of it. After sin came into the world through Eve and then Adam, it was also the beginning of disease and diversity of the genes. Nobody but God can tell you the exact time frame or how it went for sure but people finally scattered all over the Earth and through inbreeding and the different cultures that formed, got different genes that were stronger and some that were drowned out so the people were different than those from other areas on the Earth. If you take two dogs and let them go for ten years, the pups that are born by the ten year mark will be a lot different then those that began the whole mess. Same happens with humans. If you think of the billions of sets of genes that have been on this Earth, it is mind boggling to be sure. You can see then how things can be so diverse even with the same two parents to began it all.

Adam & Eve had the archetypal gene pool. Noah's 3 sons a few generations later were of different ethnic appearances. After The Flood, the interbreeding between descendents would produce all the other racial tyoes up until Babel when all were scattered.

Well apparently after he finished creating adam and eve, god went and made all sorts of other people in other lands. I know they dont dwell on that part in the bible, because its...well....awkward and vague, but he must have. Otherwise, who did Cain have kids with? Who was the wife he met in the 'land of nod' and then 'knew'?

adam and eve do not create human race. if you believe in God, you'll see that The Only One who take part in creating human's race is Him.

This is easy. Because Adam and Eve didn't have anything to do with the human race.
