You don't own that Copy of Windows, We use to buy a copy of software and could use it the way that we wanted to. That ain't the way it is anymore.
Want Flash? go to the source, Sun. Its free there. Well some is, most all Java is free and open source. But Microsoft has there own branding of it. Apple has theirs, if you want to use it, you will pay. Or you will go Linux,FreeDOS,gNewsence,BeOS, take your pick.
