seriously doubt the Holy Grail was made of lead or lead lined. there would have been other materials used had the Holy Grail been an actual object -- which personally I doubt.

No, it was a carpenters cup. wood cup. Not to mention lead poisoning was all so caused by the water piping made from lead pipes.
